Ashlee is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries. She thrives on efficiency and enjoys helping others reclaim their time and optimize their space. Ashlee is passionate about organization and loves using tools like Canva and Excel to streamline processes.

In her free time, she channels her energy into being a spirited group fitness instructor, personal trainer and yoga teacher. She has a thirst for knowledge, always eager to acquire new skills, and finds solace in nature. Her goal in life to so help others realize their work-life balance by incorporating daily movement into their busy schedule.

Ashlee resides in a picturesque community in western Canada with her husband and furry companions Ripley and Browning. Together, they find joy in shared laughter and outdoor adventures, especially camping trips.

My name is Jayd Crompton. I’m your medical admin virtual assistant. Equipped with great schedule management skills, strong empathetic communication abilities and enthusiastically ready to support.
Having worked in the healthcare industry for the past three years, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and demands of a medical administrator. My experience includes managing patient appointments, maintaining electronic medical records, and assisting physicians with various administrative tasks. I am well-versed in medical terminology.
What excites me most about the virtual assistant role is the opportunity to contribute to a dedicated team effort. I am eager to contribute my skills, expertise and help create a positive and efficient virtual-care experience for all. I take pride in my ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

My name is Betty, and I work primarily on Nascent Admin needs, i.e. bookkeeping and HR.

I have a variety of knowledge and skills in Business management, marketing, HR, event coordination, grant writing and compliance and education. My passion is working with children with diverse needs, and recently completed my Education Assistant Diploma, so I can get back into that field.
